· As the project leader, lead the team to complete the project settlement review, routine engineering management audit; participate in the property sector business audit, real estate project operational audit and other collective audit projects.
· Accepting reports from various sections of the Group and holding companies and conducting on-site reporting investigations to assist the Integrity Supervision Department in verifying relevant evidence.
· Prepare audit plans and audit implementation plans for audit projects, organize engineering audits, and form reports.
· Maintain due diligence, implement audit procedures independently, impartially, objectively and effectively; effectively coordinate the members of the audit team and the personnel of the audited company.
· Prepare audit work papers and complete a comprehensive review of the audit papers; initially set audit conclusions and draft audit reports.
· Track audit report feedback and coordinate the implementation of audit recommendations by functional departments and audited entities.
· Supervise the work of the auditor and assume assigned auditor training and departmental sharing.

· Bachelor degree, less than 35 years old, more than 7 years of engineering audit or cost accounting, engineering management and other related work experience. Experienced and capable people can relax the requirements appropriately.
· Intermediate title or certificate of cost engineer.
· Excellent communication and coordination skills, team management skills, and rapid learning skills.
· Adapt to a certain degree of travel requirements.
